Our career model consists of five levels, starting at consultant and extending up to partner. The levels build naturally on the skills and experiences acquired at earlier levels.   • Consultant

    Build innovation

    If you are a recent graduate with a master’s degree or similar, you can apply for a Consultant position at Lipht.

    You will adopt the basic tools and skills necessary to make strong contributions to our clients. You create an impact for our clients by extracting and analyzing data to produce facts and build technical components that solve specific needs. During your time as a Consultant, you will be introduced to a variety of projects and you will receive regular training to help you to become a successful expert and leader. At Lipht, we are dedicated to your growth as a person and a leading expert.

    Consultants who are able to utilize their talent to deliver results will be promoted to Senior Consultants after approximately 2 years.

    Consultant

    Build solutions for impact

    The Senior Consultant is the role for master graduates with relevant work experience and Consultants with great potential. As a result of your experience and maturity, you are able to take ownership of more complex problems and systems. You engage the client directly to ensure optimal solutions and take great responsibility in leading Consultants towards impact. As a Senior Consultant, your growth will be nurtured by a combination of complex projects, training courses, coaching, and feedback.

    Successful Senior Consultants can excel to Manager after approximately 2 years.

    Manager

    Provide leadership to projects

    Being a Manager, you advance from individual contributor to inspiring leader. You drive success in your projects by leading others to succeed. You work in close proximity with our clients and take ownership of their problems while delivering efficient project management. We expect that your solutions make a lasting measurable impact.

    As a Manager, you will learn to manage the analytical process from end-to-end and become an expert in our clients’ specific and individual issues.

  • Associate
    Partner

    Provide leadership to clients

    At the Associate Partner level, your focus is to provide leadership to our clients on their journeys to become data-driven. By solving our clients’ strategic challenges and delivering lasting measurable impact, you play an integral role in helping more organizations utilize the full potential of their data.

    You are an inspiring leader, responsible for ensuring that the Consultants and Senior Consultants who are associated with your projects constantly evolve and become better and stronger.

    Create Lipht

    As a Partner at Lipht, you are one of the most experienced Consultants. You are responsible for developing Lipht as an exceptional firm, able to attract, develop and retain exceptional people. Your focus is to ensure that Lipht is able to provide clients with continuous value and strengthen Lipht towards this objective.

The First Step

The selection process at Lipht is designed to guarantee that we select the very best candidates for our positions and involves an extensive application and interviewing process.

Each potential candidate needs to send the following documents to recruiting@lipht.dk:

  • Your CV
  • A cover letter
  • A recommendation letter (if possible)

The First Meeting

Meet n’ Greet

When your application has been reviewed and we have identified that you are a potential match for a position, you will be notified, and a meeting will be arranged. 1 week prior to your interview, you will be send a case to test your skills. You will have to solve the case and send your solution to Lipht no less than 24 hours before your interview.

At Lipht, the first interview lasts 90 minutes and is about assessing your personal profile, experience and skills to see if you are the right candidate to take further in the recruiting process. We will also discuss the case that you solved prior to the meeting.

Recruiting Day

Getting To Know You

The next step in the process is known as ‘Recruiting Day’ and as the name suggests, you must devote an entire day to this.

The day starts in a group, where you will collaborate with other candidates who have applied for a position at Lipht. You are presented with a case and asked to solve this with your team and present the results afterwards. A team of Lipht consultants will observe you while you solve the case and evaluate your performance at the end of the day.

The recruiting day helps us asses your skills across four focus areas:

  • Problem solving
  • Presentation skills and performance
  • Personal impact and drive
  • Leadership abilities

Partner Interview

The Final Round

On the recruiting day, after the case presentation, the jury decides which candidates progress to the final round. Each candidate receives individual feedback and if you are chosen to go further, the day ends by meeting with our partners for a 45-minute interview.

Prior to your interview, you will be contacted by one of our consultants to help you prepare for the interview.
